Do I have to be a member to take a class?

Not at all. Although we are a private studio, we pride ourselves on making our students feel welcomed and like they're at home. We are committed to see you grow in your practice, so if you need to slowly ease your way into creating a yoga practice we will honor and meet you exactly where you are.

"Am I able to drop in without registering?

Since we are still within the first year of the studio being open we ask that you reach out to me (Amanda) with either a text or email that states something along the lines of:

"Hey Amanda, this is (your name), I was interested in dropping into "class" at "time" on "date."

and I will get you added in as a drop in or reach out to the teacher of the class and inform them that way.

*Due to our smaller class sizes if we don't have anyone registered or have had reached out to us an hour before the scheduled class time, we will not hold class.*

"I am new to yoga & don't know

what class to take, where should I start."

Soul Stretch Yoga is made for beginners. Depending on your limitations and what type of practice you are looking for you will find something to fit your needs.

Perfect Movement Classes to Begin With

Chair Yoga: Is great for students who have injuries, limited mobility, limited balance, or have a hard time getting up and down of the floor this practice is based around sitting and standing next to a chair. Don't let the name fool you into thinking that this is an easy class, Amanda challenges you to push through to your limits and will have you sweating by the end of class.

Restorative Yoga:  Is great for students who enjoy a slow restful practice.  It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly.

Yin Yoga: Yin targets our connective tissues such as ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of our bodies.
