Flow & Restore

Vinyasa Flow

Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a type of yoga practice that is modified to be done while sitting or standing near a chair. This class is designed to make yoga accessible to individuals with limited mobility and functional limitations. This class is focused on full body mobility and strengthening by using simple targeted movements.
Gentle Yoga & Meditation

Gentle Chakra Flow
This class will guide you through a slow and gentle yoga sequence using props for added support and comfort. Each week, we'll focus on a different Chakra by incorporating postures that are specific to each energy wheel in order to help bring about more harmony and balance. This class is gentle enough for yogis of all levels.
Yin & Restore
Unwind in this soothing Yin & Restorative yoga class, beginning with gentle, longer held stretches to open the hips and spine, then moving into fully supported poses that melt away tension, restore balance, and calm the nervous system. Perfect for all levels. Just come as you are and let yourself be supported.
Sound Baths with Gabi
Experience a transformative sound bath with Gabi, where soothing vibrations from a variety of instruments guide you on a journey of deep relaxation, meditation, and inner peace. Adaptive Holistic Yoga

Move & Melt
A gentle journey from flow to stillness. This hybrid class blends Slow Flow with Yin Yoga, starting with mindful movement to awaken the body and open the joints, then moving into long-held poses that release tension and calm the mind. With soothing breathwork and intentional sequencing, this practice balances energy and rest. All levels welcome. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, open, and renewed.
Restorative Yin
Settle into stillness with Drea in this grounding Yin & Restorative practice. Gentle, longer-held postures open the body, improve circulation, and calm the mind, while supported Restorative poses invite full-body release and deep rest. Perfect for all levels, leave feeling balanced, restored, and at peace.
Hatha Yin Blend
A calming practice that combines the strength and steadiness of Hatha with the deep release of Yin. The class begins with gentle Hatha postures to warm and align the body, then shifts into long-held Yin stretches to open the connective tissues and quiet the mind. This balanced blend supports strength, flexibility, and inner peace—leaving you both grounded and restored. Perfect for all levels.
Mommy & Me Yoga
A gentle, heart-centered class designed for moms (or dads & caregivers) and their little ones. Together, we’ll explore simple yoga postures, playful movement, and calming breathwork that nurture connection, strengthen the body, and create joyful moments on the mat. This class is all about bonding, building community, and finding peace through shared practice.
Restorative Yoga & Reiki (Members Only)
This exclusive member-only experience combines gentle restorative yoga with Reiki healing to promote deep rest, emotional release, and inner balance.
